1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using the services provided by Neev Construction Material Testing Lab LLP (“NEEV CMTL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use this site or request services from our facility.

2. Laboratory Services & Standards

NEEV CMTL is a premier material testing laboratory committed to quality control under Indian Standards (IS), NABL (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) criteria, and international norms.

• Report Specificity: All laboratory test reports, certificates of calibration, and material validation reports represent only the exact physical samples delivered to our lab or collected by our technicians on-site.
• No Extrapolation: NEEV CMTL does not guarantee or certify that bulk batches match the tested samples unless continuous batch monitoring protocols are explicitly contracted.

3. Sample Submission & Custody

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all construction material samples (soil, concrete cubes, fly ash, bitumen, aggregate, steel) are delivered in properly sealed containers with clear, legible labeling and completed chain-of-custody forms. NEEV CMTL is not responsible for samples damaged in transit by third-party courier services prior to reaching our facility in Durg, Chhattisgarh.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to copy, design assets, NABL certification seals, diagrams, and corporate photography, is the exclusive intellectual property of Neev Construction Material Testing Lab LLP. Unauthorized distribution, modification, or copy of website content is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While NEEV CMTL exercises strict precision and NABL standard operating procedures, we are not liable for any structural failures, construction issues, project delays, or commercial damages resulting from raw material irregularities, environmental variables, or incorrect execution of structural foundations on-site by developers. Our legal liability is limited strictly to the cost of the specific testing service contracted by the client.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising from our website content, material reports, or physical laboratory findings shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of Durg, Chhattisgarh, India.
